Rebel Dawg Records Barks

Eric Lee Beddingfield Signed

(Nashville, Tennessee...) -- November 4, 2010 -- Rebel Dawg Records has opened its doors in Nashville, Tennessee and signed Eric Lee Beddingfield as its debut artist. The Augusta, Georgia-native's first album for the label, the 12-song This Life Ain't For Everybody, is now available digitally, and his "The Gospel According to Jones" single featuring George Jones started hitting radio airwaves this week.
Beddingfield created a name for himself through constant touring throughout the Southeast. He released a self-titled independent album in 2007, which saw three singles hit the Top 40 on the Music Row Charts with virtually no national promotion. The feat prompted New Music Weekly to name him one the New Music Weekly as one of the "Top 10 Artists to Watch."
He teamed up with Grammy-nominated producer and world class musician, Kent Wells (Dolly Parton/Keith Whitley/Hank Williams Jr/Reba McEntire) and the two began working on the new album in the spring of 2009. Eric Lee wrote or co-wrote all 12 songs on This Life Ain't For Everybody. A chance meeting with his hero George Jones in a local restaurant lead to Jones singing on the song that bore his name and solidified "The Gospel According to Jones" as the first single.
Beddingfield is currently on an extensive radio tour through November and is currently visiting stations throughout the Midwest.
